Extra guest pricing

Every year I request this change and STILL it hasn't happened.  I want the ability to add "extra guest pricing" for set dates.  Example, at Christmas and New Year the price for an additional guest will be higher compared to when it's not a holiday period.  Why is it taking so long for this simple change to be implemented?  Most especially considering the fees taken from us hosts.

Instead of increasing the price on the calendar:

Use rule sets to create a price adjustment, call it Xmas and increase the price by 25% or whatever, apply it to the specific dates and the 25% increase will also be applied to the extra guest fee. I think.
