Extra guests not being charged

I've recently added and extra charge per guests above 6. However on the latest booking request that extra amount is not being added to the total despite there being 8 guests on the request.

Is there some trick beyond adding to the charge to the listing or is it simply an error.

The best is to get in contact with airbnb, however they will not able to see any eventual log that could prove or not if it was a bug, unless several other people have not complaint for the same prob.
By my side I've just checked and I can say that I get an extra when I go above 6

I visited your lissting and  indicated guest total  and  your price changed as follows: 

6 Guests    $231.00

7 Guests    $240.00

8 Guests    $249.00

 I don't know if its the amount you specified but it is adding an extra fee after 6 guests.
