Extremely misleading pricing

I am new to Airbnb and am a little confused about the pricing/charges. I host a property where I charge £80/night (as per my calendar) Yet whenever I search for my property anonymously the headline price I see on the initial photo is £123/night. This will obviously have a negative impact on my bookings. How can I get this changed to the correct price? I am aware Airbnb charge a fee but still the nightly cost is nowhere near the £123.

Why is air bnb taking almost $250 of my $1695.00 rental ??? That is far too much and I will be pulling my listing if that is correct.
