Hello! I recently discovered that someone has set up an ABB account using my work email address. When I tried to change the password, the email with the reset link came to me but addressed to a completely different name than my own. Once I made the password change, they wanted me to verify who I am. I tried verifying my information but it says that that information is incorrect. I also tried to get a code sent to my phone but who ever set up the false account gave their phone number so that the reset code would go directly to their phone. Eeeek! This is crazy and SCARY -- I want to get this false account shut down asap and I can not find a link on the ABB main page to report the issue. Can anyone offer me any guidance? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone else had this happen? I believe I just had the same thing - received an email that someone had reset the password on my account, but it was under a different name, and trying to prompt me to verify some information. I believe it was a phishing scam, but not exactly sure.
