First booking - my price showing differs from what client has been charged

Hi, I've just taken my first booking and my booking shows that the client will be charged 556€ including the Airbnb charge.  But the client tells me he has been charged 623€.  Is he also paying an Airbnb charge and why can't I see it.

How do I make my charge to him what I have promised?  Also when does he pay the security deposit please?  Sorry this differs very much from the other sites I use.

I ran into this as well with my first booking as a guest. In my situation, we found that I as the guest was being charged an additional airBnb fee that my host did not see. Basically, you as the host are charged a fee and the guest is as well. I sent a screen shot to my host to help her understand what was happening. In this case, she actually decided to provide me a special rate to accommodate the additional fee. I hope that helps! Cheers!
