First booking

So my guest calls me today and said his profile is awaiting verification and he can’t see the door code or instructions on how to get to the property. I see on his profile he is already verified with government ID, phone number, email address. Why would he not be able to see information? I’m very new to this and am worried or doing anything wrong or putting my property at risk.

If he’s still awaiting verification, has he actually paid?

I’d check with Air to see what’s going on before letting him in.

I would definitely check this with Airbnb first. As you've posted this on Monday, I was wondering if you could let me know how everything went for you?

It went well. It seemed to be user error within app. All payments went through and they were terrific guests. Just figuring out how everything works I suppose. Thanks!
