First payment delayed

Hi,

My first guest arrived longer than a month ago and since then I had another 3 guests. However I haven’t been payed yet and in the guide it says that it takes 30 days since the first confirmation. 

Is this an error?

Did you look at your transaction history to check the status of the payouts ?

Where do I find my payout information?

I am also having a delay payment for first time. Untill today havent go any payment yet. Almost 30 days.
