In Portugla Tax Authorities are demanmding AIRBNB and other booking service providers to send to each host the RFI-MOD 21 filled, I already ask airbnb for this and allways got no answer. can someone help.

Also need the portuguese fiscal number for Airbnb and no results.

The contract is between you and the guest - airbnb just provide a booking portal for you to place your ad and facilitate of their secure payment system.

Hi, we have exactly the same problem. Airbnb should officialy send us the 21-RFI form.

Booking.com always sends this form automatically.

Our accountant tells us that Airbnb should send us this form.

Same here. The support desk has no idea what this form is about, despite me sending them a copy. Sadly they pretend to understand, will not escalate and are patronising in their replies. I will be removing my listing until they can comply with this simple requirement.

This was the final comment from Support regarding the Mod 21 form: "As I have made my point and clear that the form that you're looking for is not provided by Airbnb, we won't be able to issue it to you."

I think that is plain enough and hope it helps others using this forum decide on the use of Airbnb for renting property in Portugal. Good luckl!
