Fixed price /wrong payement

I charge $85.00 N.Z. for first person and $60.00 N.Z. for second and after that (fixed price). For a couple who booked from America I should get $145.00 N.Z.D less air bnb fee($141.00 N.Z.D) However Air bnb says I will get $120.00 N.Z.D.Contacting the American guest he said he paid 100.00 U.S. which with the exchange rate would be right. So looks like Im being fleeced by Air bnb ? Vera

Hello @Anonymous,

Not sure of the details like sales tax etc., in New Zealand but that does seem like you get a lot less than I'd expect.

There's a, short, explanation of some of the things that influence their host charges in the article below. They also charge a 3% currency conversion fee where applicable.

You can see their breakdown of the payment by clicking on "Your Reservations" and then "Print confirmation" for the reservation in question. If that doesn't explain it then contact Airbnb support.
