Flexible Cancellations

I have a guest that because of work may stay 5 days or they may in need to Stay 2 days.

If I have the flexible 24hr cancellation policy can they change they’re reservation and be refunded anything over that 24hr period that’s left on the reservation?

@Peter1046 yes, I believe so.

If the host is agreeable, almost any refund can be issued (with the exception of the Airbnb fees).

it is usually the host who doesn't want to refund money if the host is losing out because of a cancellation.
