Fluctuating pricing

Has anyone else had problems with prices showing differently on the site page and the landing page?  My pricing has been so erratic that I’ve had to include the price in my heading.

The price in search include all costs,like cleaning fee and Airbnb Service Fee.

No need to include price in your heading, the booking form is the only place guest see there offer calculated.

That doesn’t really explain why different people see different pricing on the same day, surely?  So it should be made clear in the posting that the price includes all the other stuff then.
