You are right to be wary of this link. 🙂

To add, if you received this via the Airbnb messaging system you will also be able to flag the message directly from your inbox. Next to the message you should see a little flag symbol, if you click this you will be prompted to select some options. This then notifies a specific team within Airbnb.

Pretty easy to copy the Logo and make up a fake site, see them all the time, not sure what can be done about it.
