GST certificate in India

Hello all, just joined the community, i host about 13 properties on airbnb, recently(in april 2019) i updated my GST number on airbnb and hence remmiting and paying tax however prior to that airbnb was paying tax on my behalf but i did had gst number since 2018 mid, it wasnt updatede coz of misconception, my chartered accountant is saying unless airbnb doesnt issue a GST certificate you will have to pay tax for each month from mid 2018 to march 2019. is there a solution for me to avoid paying tax again on the amount for which tax has been already paid? any help will be highly appreciated.

Did Airbnb provide any Certificate for paying the taxes collected from guests??
