There is just one thing in which I don't feel confortable, all the people who have a letter instead of a photograph on their account canceled our trip to my house or never answered me !
I don't know what means to have a letter instead of a photograph ?

Well @Lazare1 you have Picasso painting as your profile pic 🙂

Profile picture is not mandatory but from now on we can require all our guests upload their real profile picture if they want to book. It will be visible only after booking, not before, to prevent discrimination.

You will find this option under "booking requirements"

@Lazare, unless the reservation is confirmed you will not see the guests profile picture. It will appear as just the letter of their first name. This is Airbnb's new policy.
