Getting HELP!

Does anyone out there in Airbnb hosting land have a "trick" to getting them to answer the phone when you have an issue?

Everytime I have had an issue with a guest, I am on hold for a min of 45 mins.  So far I'm at 38  mins tonight...

I didn't even know there was a phone number, i thought the only way possible to contact anyone was via message and then they don't respond.

A phone number would be good do you have it please

Hi Doug.  I would like to know the same thing.  I do not even have a number for them, but would also like contact email to airbnb direct NOT work through the community second guessing what my problem is caused by.  I have not had any bookings with airbnb since I started and want to delete my listing and do not know how to do it.  I have had plenty bookings with Booking.com and they answer their phone very quickly and there are contact details for various queries.

Good Luck to you.

The Community Guide has the different ways of contacting ABB, E Mail is not one of them.

You're lucky you got a number to phone to. All I get is an endless byte-your-own-tail series of useless help menus. In the end, I usually resort to publish a scathing post on one of the groups. And even this is a mission!

I found it impossible to get help from Airbnb these days. They used to be easy to contact and responded fast. The help centre doesn't provide option to conact a person any longer and I am not sure how to get help. It is very frustrating.

There are contact details on the AirBnB site and in thos Forum.

Where? I feel like I'm in a loop.

They are all detailed towards the top of the forum you are posting in ! - in the thread titled CONTACT AIRBNB 🙂

I'm trying to book and can't. Now I know why people get frustrated and go to booking.com or vrbo. Somebody lost out on my business and I'm sure I've lost many rentals also. What's wrong with giving people a way to contact you? We pay service fees.
