Getting Paid by Airbnb

Has anyone else had the problem of getting paid by Airbnb?

My guest had already checked out and I had to threaten Airbnb for payment... I did get it a week late ... they also overcharged my guest ... I was trying to get that money .. so 

after several texts they stopped replying

@Julie795 how do you know they overcharged your guest? And for payment it takes about 2-7 business days depending on the method you choose. If they overcharged your guest it is not your money to take, the guests should be dealing with that.
