I have had this problem too.  I want to be able to call someone so I can straighten it out.  I realized that I had made a small mistake in my payout method.  But I made the change and would like to get paid.

Is it possible that you had a mistake in your payout method?  Good luck getting paid.  Let me know because I'd like to know too.

From the get go i always have  been sent my payment to my nominated bank account on the second day of my guests arrival. i recieve an email to say it is being transferred. It takes a approx 2/3 days to get into my account

If you not got payment since may you must message them using the links on airbnb or you can call direct there is also many links and posts with international numbers on this forum, please look..

@Rick28 You need to contact Airbnb to see what the hiccup is in your payouts.  Click on the link below to see all the ways to get in touch with Airbnb.  My preference is to use Twitter @airbnbhelp as I get a quick response.  If you use Twitter, they will ask you to DM your email address so they can look up your account.  A DM is a Direct Message.  Use the Message button.  Never post your email in a public tweet.  By using the Message button you are not limited to characters so you can fully explain your issue.

Goog luck!

Just been told by my bank that they will deduct $25 per payment if I go thru the SWIFT system. Is that where your money has gone?

I don't know that it makes me feel better that others have had the same problem 😕 I am missing payments from 2 guestes in June. I have received payments from guests before them and after them.  So, there is nothing wrong with my payout method.  I find it worrisome that I can't trust AirBnb on this and have to check up on every transaction.  I've just gotten started.  Is this a rampant problem of ripping people off?
