Getting Verified

I tried to create an account today--one of the most frustrating things I have attempted in a long time.  I put in the profile data; phone and email confirmed.  I tried to confirm with FB because I don't have Google or Linked-In accounts, but it keeps saying I have the wrong FB password (but it is correct).  I made a short video of myself, but it still is not verified.  The FB account has a different email than the one I used to create the Airbnb account.  Is that the hang up?  This is going on 12 hours now!!
