I had a guest check in a week ago and I still haven't received payment, or any notification as to what's going on? Customer support has been terrible, I've called multiple times and they say a case manager will call back in a few minutes, but they never do. It's been days...
What should I do? I don't feel like I'm getting very good customer support and I don't like people staying here and not paying. This is pretty disappointing, as a superhost we go above and beyond to ensure guests have great experiences. It's frustrating that air bnb drops the ball like this and there appears to be a track record of hosts not getting paid on time.
