Given a different address than what is listed

Hello, I booked an apartment and my host is giving me a different address than what is on the listing. I do not feel comfortable with the host or going to this apartment. She is not being helpful or understanding my requests. I would like to get a full refund so I can find a different place to stay. What can I do?
