Hi @Robin100 You have a nice cozy place!  Welcome to Air BNB.  Given your question about such a basic issue, I suggest you take some time to read the hosting tips provided both in the Help Center and here in the Host Forum.  Please be sure you understand the basics such as cancellation, pricing, reviews, legal requirements, etc.  I notice you have turned off Instant Booking.  Good move!  You need experience with guests first.  I suggest you have a security deposit.  Even the best guest can have an accident and security deposit allows Air BNB to get you reimbursed for damage.  I wish you the best of success with this business.
