You do have a 5% weekly discount that would apply for those dates, but that might be the whole story.

One of the Airbnb payments does not reflect in the owners bank account.  I did send mails to Payoneer Customer Service, they promised to send me the proof of payment 2 days ago, which I have not received yet.  The owner is highly upset as she was supposed the get the money 16 Jan. already

Who can I ask to help me?
