Guest Changed Mind after Seeing Location-Issued Reimbursement, but Funds Were Already Transferred

Hey guys,

Despite being extremely descriptive in the location of my house, half of the party pressured the one who made the reservation into moving to another location after one night.  I issued a reimbursement, but the initial funds had already started to be transferred, and are now pending in my account.  Will it just be taken out it the next couple of days?  The guest already accepted the offer.  Is there another step to do on my end?  Thanks.

if you issued the reimbursement then it should go back to the guests. Don't feel pressured or intimidated to do these things though! It shouldn't have to be your capital loss that a guest and his party didn't study the description properly 😕

First - you should never do what you have just done as you will be penalised. Get your guests to cancel or change the booking. Then let your cancellation policy come into effect. After that you can decide whether or not you wish to offer them any additional refund.
