Guest Credit Card Not Her Own

I've had a company book a guest in but used their own personal login to book and  he had extreme problems  creating the booking firstly because he was booking for someone else and secondly using the company credit card to book. Ive nowlost the second booking because hes had such difficulty booking. Can I book him in myself?? Or is there any easier way for him to book having previously made a booking??

third party bookings are not allowed and can create a lot of problems.

The only third party booking allowed is if some company book for it's employees but it is different process.

No one can forbid your ex-guest who already have your phone number to contact you again and book with you directly.
