Guest Payment

I have a guest asking me ho she finishes paying her reservation.   I thought you had to pay at time of booking?   I don’t know the answer.   Help!

Hi Paula

Airbnb is responsible for collecting all fees for guest stays  therefore I feel you should inform the guests and suggest she contacts Airbnb directly.
