Guest arriving tomorrow which is showing as upcoming rather than confirmed.

I have a guest arriving tomorrow which is showing as upcoming in my messages which I would have thought should be confirmed. Does this mean my guest hasn't completed the booking process?

Hello @Angela451,

It's normal for the next day's guest to show as upcoming in the messages section.

Just after they booked it would have shown in messages as confirmed. it then changes to upcoming the day or so before arrival.

If you go to your calendar and select the date the reservation will show as confirmed.
