Guest asking about price

Guest asking about price, I thought we had set price, the price is for the whole apartment for people, they are lone traveller, do I reduce the price?  Am really new to this only my second booking!!  Help please really need advice.

Hello. Your price is already set, and the guest has seen this price. If they have already made the reservation, then they have already accepted this price.  Guests will sometimes ask for a reduced price, and it is possible for you to send them a "special price" using the airbnb site.  If it is an entire apartment rental, I would simply state that your price is set up for an entire apartment, regardless of the number of people.  John

Those asking for a price reduction are often more trouble than it is worth.  If you are not really desperate for this business - simply decline. As long as your prices are fair and in line with your competition, there is no need to reduce.
