Guest attempting to book.

I have a guest that made an inquiry saying she wants to book for one night but the app wont process her phone number.  Has this happened before?  Also is there a way to allow them book without phone verification or is this even a good idea?

Perhaps your guest could try using a desktop/laptop rather than the app.
