Hi,
I would like to mention that I have hosted guests who have booked my 2 BHK apartment, thinking it would be a 3 BHK, and then show their frustration by writing a not so good review - linen needs to be cleaner when in reality it is washed personally and the room checked too before the guest came in. Another guest drank and misbehaved till 4 am and when he was told that this is not done, he very sarcastically mentioned that my complex is dull and neighbours take objection if there is noise after 10 pm. 4 am is not the time to disturb residents, especially when I have clearly mentioned that it is a paradise for those who love quiet. Towels are taken on the beach in spite of informing them in Rules Manual, and it becomes very difficult to remove the sand stains. When no fault is found in the hosting, again mention of linen.
I get this feedback from AIRBNB. Being a considerate and generous host I usually just welcome them and give fantastic reviews, but feel really angry when distorted facts are put in by the guest.
