Guest booking and not disclosing boat that is not allowed on property

We have had a guest that inquired about booking. We do not allow instant booking for anyone without good reviews.  He had no reviews.  He seemed very nice, so I approved his reservation.  Then he informed us that he read on our description that boats are not allowed.  I asked him if he had planned on bringing a boat.  He stated yes and that it was a 21 ft. boat.  As stated plainly in our listing, boats and campers are not allowed!  We simply do not have room to park these items in our garden area!  He is asking us to call him to discuss.  I have asked him to cancel his reservation, but I do not think he will.  What is my recourse?  We are super host and do not want this to impact our status.

@Ronnie-And-Teresa0 I would tell him that you will not allow his boat on your property, and he's welcome to come without it, but unless he has another place to store it he should cancel his reservation. If he does not cancel, you will assume he will arrive boat-free.
