I need advice on how to report this to Airbnb as their page for direct contact is not working.
So a guest forgot his key at my appartment, called me to see if I was nearby and I said only in a few hours. We agreed he waited (there's no other option either, right)?
After a couple of hours I receive a message from him (I saved it) saying that he got in with a credit card - forcing the entry!
What is the channel to repport this? Can I get him somehow to refund me?
