Guest cancellation

I have guests who need to cancel an "instant book" because they didn't read the entire description of my requirements. Is there a way that they can cancel without penalty? If not, can I cancel without penalty?

Whatever you do, do not cancel the reservation because you WILL be penalized. This is the guest’s responsibility to cancel since they failed to read the whole listing.
