Guest cancelled, I didn't receive the payment in contradiction to cancellation policy

Hi,

 

A guest cancelled a few days before getting to our place. Our moderate cancellation policy is to keep 50% if cancellation occurs less than a week before arrival. The transaction is in the "upcoming payments" section, and it has been for more thn 10 days. Your help center states that the payment will occur within 24 hours of cancellation.

 

When will I get paid,

It will be paid out at the same time it would have if the guest had stayed.  So approximately 24 hours after the original check-in date.
