Guest comments

Is there someplace besides reviews where guests post comments for other potential guests to read? I've had all 5 star reviews, but someone made an inquiry tonight. She said other guests had said my place was smelly. Really? Where would they make comments like that, and can I see them anywhere?

I think they've made a mistake, @Julie1525, as all of your reviews are perfect and none of them mention anything untoward.

@Gordon0 . That's the conclusion I came to. So are the reviews the only place past guests can comment on AirBnb?

Yep. Unless that is somebody has reviewed you (unlikely) on Google.

I wonder @Julie1525  if the guest said this as some sort of scam to ask for a discount? 

I would just say to her you are puzzled as there is nothing in your guest reviews that says this and suggest she looks at the reviews in your listing again.
