Guest details

I am waiting for a guest to check in (after check in time) and am worried that something might have happened en route.  I cannot find his contact details and he is not responding to any of the messages I have sent him via chat.

How can I find his details to try and phone him, or his surname to try and track him on Facebook?  I cannot find them online.

There are normally guest contact details on the booking confirmation or you can message them.

If this doesn't work give a Airbnb a call as they sometimes have other ways to contact guests.

There is no tel number for airbnb on the website. Do you have an number for airbnb in SA?
