air bnb agreement

Hi can anyone tell me where I can find the rental agreement between host and Air BNB? I have an insurance  claim for loss of tariff, due to the failure of my air conditioner, and the insurance company require a copy of the agreement

@Deborah885   Might this be what you need?  It mixes guest and host responsibilities, but is the closest thing I could find to an "agreement" between the host and AirBnB.

The problem here is that you are not renting to Airbnb. You are renting to a variety of short term guests with Airbnb’s assistance.

Your insurance company wants to know how much rental income you lost due to the casualty and that is going to be very speculative.

 You might show them how much income the property produced in the past.
