Hey There - I have a double booking issue because of medical emergency. My current guest is scheduled to leave in two days - but has requested the house for an additional period because her husband is having a slow recovery from a medical procedure (heart surgery). Problem: I had another guest reservation during this time. Because of the emergency situation - I contacted the second guest to ask if they could find other arrangements. They agreed. Now - how do I get an exception from AirBnB for cancelling. This is not by my choice - but is simply the accomodating, compassionate thing for me to do. I don't want my AirBnB rating to get tarnished. What to do? Tyler
