Guest has requested a blocked off day

I have a reservation request between July 14th and 19th. The problem is that I have the 19th blocked off. How can a guest request a blocked off day? I do not want to decline the whole reservation, just edit the days of the request.

If the inquiry states July 14 to July 19th it means they are checking out the morning of the 19th. If you don't want anyone on the property at all on July 19 then you need to block the 18th too.
