Guest hasn't turned up

What do I do if my guest doesn't turn up on the check-in day? His mobile just goes to message bank and he is unresponsive to emails.

You can send a message through the Airbnb system or try giving them a call again.  I wouldn't worry about them, though.  Plans changes, guests miss flights, etc.  They are adults and will get in touch with you if needed.

Might be travelling! Can be hard to get messages/answer phone. I assume the guest knows how to find you, if you have tried contacting them in every way you will just have to wait! Some guests do not show, happens but not very often. You will still be paid regardless.
