Guest having trouble making a payment.

Guest having trouble making a payment.

Our potential guest had the initial attempt at a payment declined and received an email from AirBnB sying that she would to to re-submit but she has messaged me saying that she can't find a link to do this / work out how to do it.

 

What can I advise her? Apparently she has 24 hours to pay - but this is for a booking just 36 hours away?

Nothing you can do, they should contact AirBnB.
