Guest having trouble making a payment.

Dear Sir/Madam

I got a inquiry from a guest who checked the prices and negotiated.

I also pre-approved his inquiry.  later he came back and said he is having trouble in booking via the airbnb system.

please let me know how a situation like this be handled.

@Wasana1 I think the guest is trying to book outside Airbnb. Then remember it will be at your own risk.
