I'm feeling inconfortable to have more and more inquiries without proper identification of the guest.
I just received an inquiry with ZXxxx as a name. This "ghost" has no reviews and just became a member.
I'm exposing my name, the photos and all the details of my house and my partner is hidden ??? Is that a fair way to make an agreement ? Isn't that creating a danger of abuse facility ?
My conditions are limited for legal reasons (Brussels regulations for condos) to medium stays for business.
But many inquiries just escape the settings. (title, summary and conditions parts)
When I call for support, I would expect Airbnb to help making the needed correction for the inquiry with the guest.
Actually, this is not the case. I have to use the "refuse" function. What about if i have 5 negligent inquiries ? Is the host let alone to use a bad solution ?
Is that an adequate service ?
