Guest is trying to pay for additional services.

Hi folks, can someone help me please?

I have sent a guest an invoice for £20 for additional services. (Bringing Dog)

They have received an email with the message that I have requested £20 but they can’t work out how to pay the £20.

This also happened to my guest last week she received a message but no link to pay the £20. 

Please can someone tell me where they find the link to pay. Thank you 😊

Old post so may be something is changed but still I would have used one of the options listed. What baout you did you follow one of these 3 options?:

Thank you David, no I did not find this old post in my search for help however I have now guided the guest to option 3 in the resolutions centre.
