Guest is unsure if all reserved dates can be consumed

Hi, a guest is just inquiring for now if, for instance, he plans to reserve 5 days but there is a possibility that if he finishes his agenda by the 3rd day, he will not be able to consume the last 2 days.

My suggestion is to make 2 bookings- 1st 3 days, and the next 2 days. So that he can still cancel the 2nd booking should he need to leave already. His loss will only be the service fee if cancellation is made more than 24hrs prior to 2nd booking date.

There is another procedure:

The guest books 5 nights, and if you agree on that, the reservation can be changed (shortened) to 3 nights. But it must be done in time, offcourse.
