I have a guest checking in August 2019. She's paid half of her rental fee. She's asking me if she can pay more right now. Then again the balance just before check in. Is this possible ?
You should advise your guest to get in touch with Airbnb customer services directly- as hosts we have no part in the contract for payment between guests and Airbnb, and getting involved in it can potentially cause problems.
It is always best for customer services to answer any questions guests have regarding their payments- afterall that's partly what we pay our 3% service charge for 🙂
