Guest making up things and overreacting

Hi, I am quite new in Airbnb but had already 3 guests with good reviews. I am now on my forth guest but is been a nightmare, he keeps contacting me for strange things , like is expecting that o give him the money back. He started to ask for a cleaner after 3 days of stay. When I refused, because flat was cleaned on the time of check in , he send me multiple pictures with dust in the floor, of the washing machine rubber being black , the floor of the garage being dirty, even when I don’t offer the garage in Airbnb but offer anyway. I also let him come early and do check in at 9am. I left extra coffee, chocolates and milk and he keeps making up stuff. I told him that I cômodo anything else , if he was not satisfied I could refund him for the rest of the days that he has and he can look for another flat. He didn’t answer. What should I do more? As I think he is doing this as a trick to ask his money back in the end of the stay?!!i also did him an excellent price!! I am so disappointed, because he keeps texting me that I  thinking I’m not doing Airbnb anymore.
