I need help I have a guest that booked but no payment has been made and he is saying that he will arrive tonight before midnight and on his user login on airbnb its not giving us a number it shows he has reviews can I check if the reviews are legit
Payment should be completed before guests checks-in and to complete the reservation..
BTW How did guest got the address if there is no confirmed reservation ?

doesn't matter how good they may have been in the past. In the present, they have not paid... these things must be sorted sooner rather than later.

''I need help I have a guest that booked but no payment has been made'' ??? You do not have a guest that booked. If no payment, there is no booking. Call Airbnb if you can't contact the guest. I would message guest first, saying that a booking has NOT been made as the payment hasn't gone through, perhaps there is a mistake somewhere?
I see that you are new to Air BNB and may not have become familiar with this platform yet, @Hazel74. You have four llistings but no reviews so I would suggest you go to the Help Center and enter search term payout so you can get some basic information.
