Guest 'no longer needs accommodation'

A guest submitted a reservation request. I use instant booking (reluctantly) but the guest had just joined AirBnB. Before I could respond, I received a message from AirBnB that the guest no longer requires accommodation. 

 

But I'm still being prompted to accept or decline. Neither is appropriate. I don't want to be penalised. What do I do?

You might need to log out and clean the cookies of your browser, @Beth146. Sometimes it's the cookies of Airbnb that cause problems. They're very aggressive, earlier this morning the cookies kept me logged in even after closing and reopening a browser in incognito mode. 

If those buttons are not red, I wouldn't worry.
