Guest not provided with home address

A guest reserved a room in my home, but he says that the address has not been revealed to him

If the address is in your listing (which is normally the case, because it is obliged when setting up the listing), then the address should be in his itinerary also.

@Anthony783 he probably doesn't know where to look although it's pretty straightforward. You can text it to him anyway, it's not a big deal. I just hope he understands the concept of Airbnb and fully read what he booked 🙂

@Anthony783 If you have your settings set this way, the guest doesn't get the address during the 48-hour grace period unless the reseration is within 14 days of the booking date. That is my preference, but most of my reservvations are made at least 6 weeks in advance; often much farther out.

I have had a slew of guests recently that didn't receive the address or telephone number from Airbnb. Glitch?
