Welcome to the Community Center! This does seem like a large difference in price! Some possibilities for why the prices might be different are discussed in this thread. If that doesn't explain it you may need to contact Airbnb, as there may have been a glitch. This Community Help Guide explains the best ways to get in touch with them.
In terms of when you will receive the payout, the money is released 24 hrs after your guest checks in. You can find more information about payouts in this Payouts Help Guide.
